XS Project is a development of TASKXS SOLUTIONS BV. Founder Jan Maarten Kops was born and raised in construction and installation technology. As a child, his bedroom was adjacent to the office of his father’s construction company and at the age of 24 he started his own electrical installation company and learned in practice how versatile the construction and installation industry is. From 2001 he mainly worked as an electrical consultant for construction projects and property management. The knowledge and experience gained between 1990 and 2020 became the basis for the development of XS Project, a pragmatic solution to make collaboration on construction projects, technical maintenance and property management easier and clearer. Design, implementation, quality control, logistics, cost control and communication are a structural challenge in our industry and this requires solutions that are developed through a practical vision.
